Some shots from Australia Day
It's currently 10:40pm. It feels like I've been editing photo's all day...I Started at 8:30.
Below are a few of the photo's I felt worth posting.
The Photo's of Lilith and the blue shaded landscapes have been taken from RAW format without any editing, they only have some saturation and contrast tweaks when readying for web.
The 2 pink tinged landscapes have been edited in photoshop for a more powerful image. I've been experimenting with hue/saturation and the burn/dodge tools to make the clouds contrast and look amazing.
I'll post some comparison images tomorrow.
For now it is goodnight. Sleep well.
Nara Peace Park and surrounding area
Some shots taken while i wandered around Nara peace park and Lennox gardens with Jess.
I promise to get a little more on the ball in the next few weeks
The growth from flames
These photo's were taken in the Boorowa area on the 19th Jan 2013.
After some further research prompted by Claire's comment I have found that these scenes were most likely caused by the Murringo fire of December 2012. These photos were taken on Lachlan Valley Way and the fires crossed this road.
A garden of opportunity
Several days ago i was off to pick up a friend.
After arriving I found myself waiting for him to get home still.
A few minutes later I realised my new camera was still in the ute.
"To the garden" I thought to myself.
These are a few shots from the few minutes waiting
